is a $3.95 shipping and handling fee per order to
U. S. destination for First Class mail (regardless
of the number of units ordered). Within one week of
the start of the holiday, all regular shipping automatically
upgrades to Priority Mail at no extra charge. Express
Mail (overnight delivery to most contiguous U. S.
addresses) is $15.00 per order. California residents
need to add applicable sales tax (to purchase price
only; shipping and handling are not taxable).
